Disclaimer

Client authorizes Alazander Associates, LLC to receive and endorse, for the purpose of debt collection, any funds in all forms received by Alazander Associates, LLC for the purpose of remitting said principal to Client less any fees due Alazander Associates, LLC. Client agrees to pay Alazander Associates, LLC its full commission on accounts collected, paid direct to Client, product or services returned or received in lieu of payment, or settled from any source, after demand for payment has been made.

Client agrees to notify Alazander Associates, LLC immediately of any direct communication or payment from Debtor.

Special authorization is to be obtained by Alazander Associates, LLC to file suit or send the account to an attorney for litigation designated by Client in the county of the debtor, to an attorney whose name appears in the National Attorneys List, upon prevailing rates in the area.

Accounts may be assigned using standard assignment forms, by providing copies of Client’s records or verbally. A telephone or verbal assignment shall be as effective as an assignment of an account as if a written agreement had been executed and delivered.

Client warrants that all accounts assigned are debts justly due and owing and that, upon request, Client will provided Alazander Associates, LLC, with proof of debt.

Alazander Associates, LLC, agrees that it shall indemnify and hold harmless Client from any claim, loss, liability, attorney fees or expenses and shall defend against any claim or counterclaim which arises as a result of negligence by Alazander Associates, LLC.

Client shall indemnify and hold Alazander Associates harmless for any claim, loss, liability, attorney fees or expenses arising by reason of any attempt by Alazander Associates, LLC, to collect any portion of the assigned debt, including finance charges, service charges or interest, which the Client cannot substantiate.
